    MullerLight Yoghurts are not...

    You're not alone. I used to eat quite a lot of the mullerlights but now I can't stand the artificial taste or it's watery thin texture (despite the gelatine) Much prefer activia fat free, or the weight watchers dessert recipe yoghurts.

    Had a slight wobble at last weeks WI on wednesday and gained 2lb putting me back to 12st :( but -0.5 lb off at WI on monday (changing groups) put me back to 11st 13.5 lb. would really like to have 4 weeks in a row where I lose. :o

    I, personally, have found quite a lot of SW dessert recipes not that great and usually have to tweak them (adding a few more syns) to get a decent result. Sometimes it's just worth having and synning the real thing :)

Make yourself something that is entirely free foods for dinner if you like but as long as you stick within your 15 syns and HEX allowance there is no need to skip meals and go to bed hungry!     Rachel- one syn is roughly 20kcal. If you are counting a quarter of a syn then you are basically counting 5kcal! I know it all adds up but a quarter of a syn really is 'negligble' Let yourself off that quarter, maybe do a few situps to compensate if you feel really bad ;)
