    I have brought hellmans extra light mayo and it has 10 calories per tbsp, in my food optimising book it says to count extra light mayo as 1 syn per tbsp, do I need to do this or can i apply the 1 syn - 20 cal rule?

    I have made a syn free rice pudding before, basically the ingredients you listed but with pudding rice. I then mixed a vanilla muller light into it and made it creamy. I think the sweetener ruined it for me though, leaves a bitter taste! x

    Hiya, Most vegtables are 0 points e.g. carrotts, cucumber, butternut squash, cauliflower, mushrooms etc. Also Rhubarb is 0 points. Egg whites are 0 points, so you could do something with them. x

    Like someone said above, cook the chicken first and then add the veg/sauce after and it wouldnt need anymore than five minutes. Sweet chilli stir fry sauce is my fav :) & chillis have a lot of weight loss benefits! x

    I think that you should be able to do it, its just finding foods that are in your budget. If you find a recipe you like, make more of it and freeze it etc. The only annoying thing is fruit is expensive, or i find so anyway! & £100 a month is only £12.50 a week per person... which to me doesnt...

    Start with walks, just try get your heart rate to rise. Maybe go to a gym, talk to one of the trainers and im sure they would be happy to find exercise thats comfortable for you, i go to virgin active and the staff are always very helpful! x
