    I have a shake (or porridge) for breakie around 8.30 , cup of tea then lots of water , shake for lunch ( I hated the Muesli bars but tried a banana bar today not too bad !)more water maybe a coffee or tea then 5 another ish dinner spag bol and salad or vegies another tea after more water...

    The porridge tastes sweet enough for me without adding any sweetener to it ~I have have been using splenda in my coffee which I think is ok as u can use in lowcarb/atkins diets ! hope this helps !

    I haven't really told anyone im on this diet ... it wasn't just for weight loss I went on it I got so sick of aving a bloated stomach every time I ate ans used to get a lot of stromah cramps my dr put it down to IBS I tried cutting out bread but that didnt seem to help as I wasn't getting any...

    Hi Clare, I did cambridge a few years ago but slim and save has seemed much easier prob due to there being a better range of foods plus the salad/veg allowance is handy too have a lovely birthday and good luck on slim and save :)
