    I joined online and i really don't think it is worth the money. It's far too easy to slip up and go off plan as you don't have to justify your choices to anyone. Going to group is so much better for keeping me on track.

    I always do green because i'm vegetarian. I like having the extra HEx and not being tied to having a third superfree each meal, i usually do manage a third with most meals but its nice to be able to have egg and chips or something without needing superfree. I call those my stodgy comfort days!

    I hope noone minds me butting in but i don't go to class and am excited to tell someone that i lost 3lbs this week :D I am so happy, i didn't have the best week and made some bad decisions but am also aware that i'm developing some better habits and am pleased to see it reflected on the scales.

    I find regular porridge just as convenient, it works out at just about 1/2 cup measurement of oats and two of water or milk. Ping for 2-3 minutes and it's ready!

    Hello everyone! I thought this would be a good way to help me stay focused. I have been following Slimming World for about three weeks now and i'm really pleased with the results so far! I was a life long vegetarian and made the leap to veganism about 18 months ago. My downfalls are cake and wine.
