It's only 20 minutes but it is full on...it's a mix of Cardio and weights and you have 3 stages, the first is to ease you in but the first few times you will find it very hard,your fitness improves quickly though and you move up to level 2 after 10 days and level 3 after another 10 days.well...

I have been having chicken with lots of lettuce and then I wack some heinz caesar dressing ontop- 4tbsp for 1.6 carbs if I remember correctly. Very filling and yummy!! I also snack on ham and cubes of cheddar.
