    yes i agree the ketosis makes you have more energy , my pharmasist always drink plenty for any thing i ask ,cos the fat has to go somewhere so you need water to get it out of your body. dont give up it is hard and some days you can only think food but be strong.

    hi i have about 3 per week and sometimes find i only need 1/2 of one so i have had 1/2 at 12 then the other 1/2 at 3pm spliting it up helps.

    i went to my pharmasit yesterday he was a differant one to my usual and seemed to know a bit more, but i stood on the scales and had lost 7ib on my 4th week i was amazed. He said i should expect to lose 3 kg every week!. looking at everyone elses weight losses he must mean lb s not kgs surely.

    hi i have on average 3 per week, i dont think the texture is nice but with a coffee and mental attitude of it being peanuts i manage.i do think they are so handy when your working or on a day out so your not taking your shaker.

    hi i take mine 10 am 3pm and 8pm mainly cos its still round breakfast time when your supposed to wake your motablisum then loads of tea when others are having lunch then 3pm so your not hungry making others tea, 8pm so it like your hot choc watch tv then not going to bed hungry.
