    I get weighed on a thursday so on a thursday night i always have cake and custard and i use the rest of my weeklies on a fri and sat for crisps and chocolate, or a take away. Then i have sun -thurs just my dailys on the lead up to weigh in x

    1/2lb is a good steady loss, think of the size of a half lb block of butter or lard, don't be dissapointed, they all add up, and if you lose the weight slower it is easier to keep it off xx

    I love that i can eat until i am satisfied, a descent sized portion. with most other diet plans i feel hungry and deprived. I love that fruit and veg is free and i love that it is every day foods that the whole family can eat. Usually on other plans i eat too many ready meals. xx

    hi, i don't think it can do any harm eating low fat before starting tablets, it will get you into the swing of things. Like poogatch says they are not a miracle tablet, you will still need your will power. Good luck! xx
