    Its been another bad week because of said cakes haha! It was just plain fairy cakes with sultanas in and icing on the top. I'm not normally fussed for cakes but mmm these are nice. I really must just get them eaten and gone! I need to lose this bloating by saturday night lol.

    I feel amazing and really happy. Have never been so happy. Life is good :D. My weight i am perfectly happy plodding along being naughty some days and good others to balance it out. It's hard being good when you actually have a life lol. I'm not used to it hehe. Hows life with you now?

    Its important for women especially to get enough calcium to stop them getting Osteoporosis in later life. Perhaps have the full fat triangles when having them if they are an option, then they dont need to be so many. Or the light instead of extra light?

    Stuck to my diet 100% - what am I doing wrong

    Yes you need to have the 1/3rd sf with your meal. If you are needing to snack very often then you should have bigger meals. Lunch could be jacket pot, mugshot, omelette, full english, anything really so long as you stick with the rules. AT LEAST 1/3rd sf will help you lose weight.

    Only thing i would say is worth trying is to try cutting out the bananas for something else for a week and maybe swap the bread for crackerbreads for a week and see if it makes a difference?

    My c says if you need to snack lots on EE then you need to up your portion sizes at meal times. I would say though that the biggest reason its slow as you arent sticking to the 1/3rd sf which is the most important part of EE. Do this and it will come off.

    Get writing, it does help, and no missing off the things that didn't matter as they do ;). I do a food diary on here every day and it works for me, also shows me my errors when i mess up during the day and forget i have had something. At least i will know why i have gained/sts

    Yes but they werent the first thing to go, i lost probably a stone before they started changing. I was a 32F/FF and now down to a 30/32DD/E and still shrinking :(. I Don't want them to shrink anymore which is why i'm glad target is near, id rather have a little extra fat on legs/arms than them...

    Which plan are you following? If EE so many people dont have at least 1/3rd of meal superfree, which is what makes the plan work well...Even if you aren't doing EE they now recommend all plans have 1/3rd which is bound to help.

    For EE to work properly you need to make sure that every meal you have has 1/3rd superfree. It doesnt look like this is happening. Also make sure you are having your healthy extras and dont be afraid to eat proper meals eg breakfast.
