I am just like you the one thing I have learned is if I don't go back to class I just put more weight on which in turn makes me even more down. No, you cant save points and carry them over like discovery. You have to use your dailies or lose them. If you go over your dailies then you need to deduct from your 49 weeklies. You could earn activity points.

Tinned fruit in juice say for either breakfast or with the meringue nests for dessert with some low fat yogurt or ww new ice cream.

I did we online last year and I remember that in the food part you could make a list of your favourite/most used food items and simply click on them to fill your tracker in. The list has all food items with their pro points values. Hope this helps.

How about breaking your 49 weeklies over 7 days so that would give you 41 points a day.
