    I also notice now i'm running for longer runs than I did last time I did exante that I'm feeling a bit of nausea and light headedness, I think on those days I might have a couple of hard boiled eggs when i get back from the gym. I am really enjoying running so definetly don't want to give it up!

    didnt make it to the gym the other night, went tonight instead, didnt quite manage that 20 minutes running, managed 17.5mins before i succumbed to the Stitch! Am just going to keep running the same run until I can do it fully, no point in progressing through if you can complete the stages!

    I go for a hour or more at least 4-5 time a week, mainly because it stops me sitting in front of the telly and thinking about food. I burn at least 400 calories a time, and I feel fine. On days I'm hungry I'll have a couple of boiled eggs x

    I work on the motto of being ten minutes early for everything! You never know what crops up and being late looks lazy unprofessional and rude. we have a few members of family like that in fact they are so bad we tell them to meet an hour earlier than we are, just so they will be relatively on time!

    Week 2 and I lost 1.5lb bit disapointed but to be fair I have been a bit naughty this week with food, plus I wasnt expecting much in week 2 after such a big loss last week! JUst got to keep chipping away! A loss is a loss!

    Negative Calories?

    Somtimes when i'm at the gym I burn more than 600 calories i get from exante, so effectively taking in negative calories. Is anyone else doing this, and if so is it helping or hindering your weight loss?

    Consequences of exercising?

    I've really noticed a difference in my arms now I do weights with the hubby at the gym, they have definition now, before they were just flabby! I also do lunges and squats on the powerplate, which seems to have really lessened my cellulite on my thighs! and walking lots of walking up steep hills!

    I am having coffee for breakfast, then my lunch at 2, tea at 7, then i save the bar for about half 8 to have with a cup of decaff hot coffee as my nighttime snack, I always get the munchies at this time so i find it helps

    Hey, just wanted to see if anyone is taking any vitamin supplements whilst on the diet? I was thinking of taking some as a pick me up because last time I remember feeling quite run down the first few days of the diet.

    Just make sure you take the ibuprofen with your shakes if you can, they can really irritate your tummy lining if you take them on an empty stomach xxx but yes you can take both paracetamol and ibuprofen together.
