    The class is set for all fitness levels - you just pick your intensity level when doing it - its not the easiest exercise class in the world but nowhere near as hard as say Body Attack!     I do body pump 1 - 2 times a week, and it is the best toning exercise EVER! my shoulders are rock hard now! Plus you continue burning calories up to 36 hours AFTER the class! Would highly recommend.

    Hi all I sts on my first weigh in - was very disappointed as I had been sticking to plan 100% - but then on second week lost 3.5lbs! Third weigh in tonight so staying hopeful! I would be happy to lose anything - just think, the slower it comes off, the more likely you are to keep it off!

    I wouldnt worry about it - I had my first weigh in a week ago and was sure I had lost something - but just maintained! Stuck to it rigidly for another week and yesterday had lost 3.5 lbs at my second weigh in - so just keep on going!
