    Tough decision......

    Sounds like you should get it out of your system but only if you can be sure that if you indulge tonight then that is it - back on track tomorrow. In the past when I have felt like this and denied myself it has made it a whole lot worse to stay on track because I just kept craving that yummy...

    What would you do?

    It was Flavourful, Mexican Chilli Chicken Recipe Mix, dried. It comes in a smaller packet than the normal Schwartz ones. It was really yummy and I have just had the chicken in a sanwich with a little EL Mayo, lettuce and cheese (kind of like fajita!?!) delish!!

    Tonight for dinner I had chicken cooked in a Schwart packet mix (3 1/2 syns) and passata. Tomorrow for lunch I am going to have left over chicken and also thought maybe I could use the sauce for the basis of another meal. I have added the 3 1/2 syns to my allowance today but what should I do...

    Hi, I'm new to this site

    Morning all! I have been doing Slimming World since September last year and have managed to lose 17lb. I started really well and lost 8lb in my first 2 weeks. Since about March I have been yoyoing - 1lb off, 1lb on etc etc. I am hoping that I will be able to find some motivation again...
