Fear of a (please don't let me be a) fat bridesmaid!

Emma well done on that huge loss - it's great to see the weight come off again quickly (she says hopefully, after her bad behaviour at the weekend). Sorry you had a rubbish day and I hope tomorrow is better.

    Going down...

Good going Weev! I can't imagine how awful working nights would be whilst trying to stick to a VLCD - I get all picky and my tummy gets nervy when I'm up at night. You're doing a great job by thinking ahead with the protein snacks. :)

Because I need to be accountable somewhere!!!

Well done that woman! And 3lbs a week is pretty much a stone a month. And you'll lose that every month that you stay on plan. You'll be at your goal weight in no time. :)

    Here I go again.....

Good woman Bex! I hope no contraband came into the house. It's hard enough getting back into the swing of things without that! I've done well today, v v hungry but that's my own fault! Hope you hit ketosis asap. :)

    Aloize's Diary

Good stuff. We're both aiming for 2st in the next 2 months Aloize - totally doable if we stick to the plan! I had a really hungry day today but 100% with a half a bar extra just because I needed it - thankfully drawing to a close and hopefully tomorrow will be easier. Need to up my water too.

    A complete newbie

Good luck Joanne. I've lost 22lbs in 4 weeks - might have been a bit more if I hadn't lost track a bit this last weekend, LOL. Keep posting here, it really does help. I took about 5 days to get into ketosis, but probably about 10 days before I didn't feel hungry. I still want to eat 4 weeks in...

    Foodaholic trying to break-free

Hi Birchey, I hope all is going well for you. Don't let that blip rob you of your weight loss plan entirely. Lots of us make little detours along the way - what matters is finding your way back onto the path and sticking to it. :eatdrink023:

    Aloize's Diary

    2016 Monday Weigh In

What do you mean by 'purging' ketones Miss Angel??? Aren't they by-products of burning fat, and just an alternative source of fuel to glucose during fat burning??? :peep:
