    another good session this morning, 45 minutes of chest workout followed by a nice 30 minute treadmill session running 2 mins at 8.5 and walking 2 mins on 5.5 :) at work now and just munching into 2 x weetabix and ss milk :) Chicken chowmein chilli noodles for dinner! undecided on tea tonight :-/

    when i first started reading this it seemed to be a hell of a lot to do but when thinking about it i go to the gym 5 x a week thats 5m a day split between the different types of cardio.... i might actually do this in july if it happens again, keep up the good work people

    thats fantastic! well done you XD i guess thats the trouble with changing scales, all scales are slghtly different, mine weight me different in different places aswell lol so got to make sure i use them in same spot each time. i usually get on 2-3 times to make sure i get same reading each time...

    Started the day with a nice 2 mile walk, throughout the course of the week iv managed to improve My walking time from 55 Mins to 35 minutes, I think soon il be doing more :) B- all bran, strawberries n bananna L- omelette n beans :) D- jacket potato- salad -chicken Time for a bath now I think...
