I have eventually got round to looking up syns online. Chorizo is one to watch! The standard foods says chorizo 10.5 per 100g, which is not bad at all. But..... Put in the nutritional info from the packet, and the whole thing changes! The whole chorizo (225g), is 50.5 syns!! That makes my 40g...

Afraid not.... The pack actually says Extra special chorizo casero 225g

Does anyone have the syn value for "asda extra special Spanish chorizo"? It is a 225g pack.

I am on day 4 of phase 1 too.... I am thinking I will do the ten days, then maybe do phase 1 again as think I could have done better! I did slimming world too 2 years ago and need a kick up the bum to get back down the scales! Well done!!

I found a sugar free one this morning and in 250ml it only has 2 calories, or 4, can't remember which! So seems, to be okay....
