I have metronidazole gel from the doctors. It has worked on the spots but still get the redness. I didn't suffer with it before I was overweight so fingers crossed it will clear as the weight comes off.

I make sure I have a 2 finger kitkat (5 1/2 syns) or a fun size bag of maltesers (5 syns) with my cup of tea once a day. Just keeps me on plan and I really look forward to it xx

Vet said it sounds like a seroma and to keep an eye on it. It's not bothering her but really don't want any post surgery complications as she's come so far bless her

Hmmm well the lactulose worked...I imagine my night was like having a new born in the house; up every hour clearing up poo. Well we did want her to so I can't moan!!!! x

Yes that is Matilda, she is beautiful isn't she? She is actually a moggy but she's definitely got british blue in her. Her face isn't as round as the pedigree but she has the golden eyes and (had) the lovely tail. Her Mum was grey like her but her brothers were all tabbies. xx

Matilda is having short sessions out side of her cage to practise walking. She is now able to get in and out of her litter tray comfortably (although, still no poo or wee!) She is starting to put more weight on her right hind and therefore the pelvis op is looking like a huge success...

Hi I'm trying to work out the syn value of Sainsbury's be good to yourself soup. I haven't bought the book yet and it's all a bit new to me. Tomato and 3 bean soup per can 228 calories Spicy tomato and lentil 202 calories I used to be on WW and found working out points a little easier.

I measure out my milk as a hex in the morning and use it on my cereal. Then the rest goes on cups of tea. Not sure how I'll work it when I get back to work (summer hols for me)but so far so good.

Yay super first week! It's week one and I've lost 4.5lbs! Very pleased (but boyfriend lost 7lbs..grr!) :)
