I'd go for the thickest yoghurt I could find - like Greek Muller (0.5 syn per pot) or SHAPE perhaps - they're pretty thick too.

You can use the 20 cals = 1 syn rule for this. There is a syn free option of 0% alcohol beer - it's called Equator and peeps have reported finding it in Tesco (not sure if available anywhere else)

Sorry but if they've got away with this behaviour so far so, it can't be too surprising. I'd put a stop to it by sitting them down, calmly & politely telling them their fortune & educating them that they shouldn't expect something for nothing in this life. If they don't pull their fingers...

If you mean the Breakfast Corner ones, the Raspberry & Cranberry come up as 8 syns per pot - there's no free food allowance so you can use the 20 cals = 1 syn rule.

I know exactly what you mean - I used to do this ..... the cold water simply makes the residual fat (after straining most off) rise to the top and you scoop it off. As a one-off, I personally wouldn't worry about synning it - you'd never know how much fat you'd actually strained & scooped off...

I think the 'Light' on the Brooklea yogs refers to the fat content (ie low fat) as opposed to the trademarked name of the Muller brand (Muller Light). I can't recall for deffo but don't think the Brooklea ones claim to be Fat Free whereas the Muller do. I know that not all Fat Free yogs are...

The only one with syns is the one with the cherry layer at the bottom - that's 2 syns. Unless something has very recently changed, Vanilla, orange, mint & coconut are all free.

The home made pasta sauces we have are simply, tinned toms or passata, onions & chopped peppers (seasoning to taste). There's your 1/3 superfree straight away ;)
