    agree - just take a look at your overall body shape. it is SO disheartening to not lose or to gain when you've done everything by the book and then to think F- it, i'll just eat whatever. don't! exercise is soooo good for you!

    ProPoints This might seem silly...

    You need a deficit of 3500 calories to lose a pound in weight (food reduction, exercise or both!) so it's probably just fluctuation from water/food intake - think that's why you're only meant to hae one weigh in per week :)

    Skin - argh!!

    I'm an acne sufferer so know a bit about it. Sugar *can* be a trigger for an outbreak so if you're eating a lot of fruit that could be it. Or who knows, maybe it is the detox.
