    Binge Eating

    I agree with Tim13 on the water suggestion. I usually aim to drink 2 litres of water a day. This makes me feel full up and I have not touched a chocolate bar in 5 weeks :D If you don't like water add a bit of sugar free diluting juice :rolleyes: x

    I never wore jeans for 2 years, because I always thought I was too fat for them. After my half a stone weight loss I went out and treated myself to a pair, that fitted just nicely :D. Much to my surprise when I put them on this morning, they are falling off me :clap: Yayyyyyyyy :D x

    Which diet are you doing?

    I am doing SW DIY. I go to the gym 3 nights a week. Zumba classes 1 night a week and swimming on a Sunday. I started the diet 2 weeks ago and in my first week I lost 3 and a half pounds, this week I lost 4 pounds! x
