    Why the back fees if you miss meetings?

    I tend to buy a countdown, usually 6 weekly, as this is slightly cheaper. You get 6 weeks for the price of 5 so it's not £5 per week. I've often gone to other groups in my area when the usual time has not fitted into my schedule. Sue

    The only point to note if you weigh in at different groups is you can only get your countdown at the group you are registered with and you need to make sure you book holiday before buying it otherwise you will lose those weeks.

    I can understand if consultants aren't quite at target but I think they should be near. It is nice to know your consultant has been or is trying to lose weight too but if they are very large and you don't see any change it can be demotivating.

    I have looked online and you can split the healthy extras that are in two parts. Eg you can have the cereal in the morning and the scan bran for lunch. I haven't found anywhere about only having 2 halves of a portion eg, 1/2 of 28g cheese and then 1/2 a portion of milk.
