Im so happy, went for my second weigh in yesterday and lost a good enough 6lbs.. is that about average for a bloke? and hopefully i can get to my target weight which is 14 stones by late december, do u think thats possible? i know in the third week weight loss is not as good as it was in week...

im in my second week of cambridge so im still a baby to this.. i was just saying about that vege thing bcos bfore cambridge i completely cut the carbs out of my diet and i did lose weight, obviously not as quick as SS'ing but it worked, just make sure u eat alot of fresh vish and lean white...
u wont pu anything on by avoiding carbs.. trust me if done it in the past, even though everyone is different it is a brilliant way of losing weight, are you a vege?
ouch.. dont worry abt it u should be fine just try avoiding all the carbs.. no bread, pasta or anything like that.. try exercising for abt 15-20 mins a day u will lose it just stay positive! drink plenty of water xx
hi guys.. i just wanted to know what the best foods are to eat after doing SS, i was thinking a shake in the morning, then a lunch meal, followed by 2 more shakes the rest of the day.. what would you guys reccomend?!? i was thinking alot of chicken, fish and vegetables and salad? thnx guys xx

hey, well done on the weight loss, its not all bad.. the weight will go off. remember everyones different, and weight loss will be different every week, try drinking more water.. as they say the more u drink the more u shrink!

try no carbs, in my second month i am definately goin to be having 3 packs a day and then my meal, which will be just pure fish and alot of grilled chicken, i know its not as quick as CD but my brother has been doing this diet for around 2 months and he has lost 2 stone, gud luck xx
hi just wanted to confirm something.. how many litres of water does your CDC recommend you drink each day?? She told me to drink 4 a day.. i dont mind drinking it.. but.. im scared of getting bloated out.. also is their any other flavoured water your allowed to drink on the diet.. ie. volvic...
