    Clothes size changes

    I think it's down to the individual! I've lost nearly 2 stone and my top half has gone down but my bottom half is still a size 14, albeit I'm not pushing a 16 anymore but I haven't gone down a size yet! Fingers crossed another 2 stone will do it haha!

    My weigh in is at 7.30 and I don't get home until 9!! Unfortunately I didn't eat dinner before my very first weigh in and now I don't want the results to be sued so I can't bring myself to eat before (wish I did though!). And if I ever did it would have to be a very similar meal each week!

    Will excersising right before weigh in affect results on the scales?

    It would only affect it the first time! I always go to the gym for a hour half hour before my weigh in. Please dont not exercise because you think it might cause you to gain. Exercise is brilliant for weight loss. I would definately advise you to do the zumba!! Have fun!

    My boyfriend trains 3 times weights per week and 1 or 2 cardio sessions. He thinks it is better to add a smaller cardio session onto the end of a weights session or to do cardio in the morning. But I would definately try to do 3 x weights, 2 x cardio!! Good luck
