i fine the hi fi bars are alot for 6syns or a healty b!! the new oaty bats are 3 1/2 and really yummy and alpen light are 2 bars for a healthy b =)

iv done a slow cooked joint of beef and really want a nice slimming world gravy!! can anyone point me in the right directio! my slimming world gravys always come out tasting strange and not sure if its the corn flour!!
