Thanks so much for that hon, really appreciate it. Thankfully half a jar is roughly 6.5 syns, so about what I estimated. Not bad really, and very tasty! Thank you again! xxx

    Co-op healthier choice curries

Hi everyone, Does anyone know the syn value of any of these please? They are 135cal for half a 450g jar, which seems pretty good! Had the balti one, I think, last night they do taste 'diet' but much better than the WW ones I've tried before. Thanks so much xxx

Hi all Does anyone know the syn value of Pret's skinny popcorn please (the rock salt one)? Its a 23g bag, I saw that regular salted popcorn is 6 syns for 28g, so I'm hoping as its lower in fat and weight amount it may be a syn or so less? Would be so grateful if anyone knows this or is able...

Hi all, I'm brand new on here (please excuse the complete lack of profile info), and the main reason I joined was to say a big thank you to you all for all the help you've unknowingly given over the last week or so! I am on my second week of SW (-5lbs!) and every time I googled a syn value...
