    I personally just use frylite for any cous cous recipes. After I add water, herbs spices etc.. I leave to sit then when its ready I fluff it up with a fork & give a few sprays of frylite to stop it sticking together

    I'm just using my 5kg & my 7.5kg. I suppose ideally it would be better to have 2 of the same but it seems to work ok. I tend to use the lighter weight on the hand that I'm sliding down my leg & the 7.5kg on the arm in the air. It definitely helps you feel a bit more of a burn at the time :D

    Just to second what both Shirleen & herewego have said. I have a 5kg & a 7.5kg at the moment & this is my 3rd time round. I mostly use the 7.5kg now but drop to the 5kg for a couple of moves so investing in something like a 7.5kg or an 8kg should last you :)
