    oh the taste...

I've tried both LL and CD products and tbh the ones I've tried so far on Exante are much of a muchness, but as has been said they are a means to an end. Once you're in ketosis and get into a routine you'll find you "just get on with it" - honest :) Good luck x

    Costco

I used to have Costco membership until I moved. I'm not sure if they still have it but they had a "passport" which at certain times of the year gives you even more money savings on certain goods. I would use these to get stock of basics like toilet rolls and washing powder etc, which more than...

    Grasping at Straws

It was hard to keep motivation and I was obsessed with comparing my stats every week (even had a spreadsheet to do it ) and how many "extra" weeks that would mean. But, a holiday is definately a great motivator, so go for it :D BTW, thank you, feeling the pressure ;)

Thanks SB, it's funny that I never even had a "proper" goal weight this time. January 2009 - Starters

Daisy, I hated Developers last time and that's my main reason for moving to Lite instead of Developers now. I felt exactly the same - it was a mismatched group of people in limbo - not pleasant at all. I did it for 3 months - hell  I'm missing a week this week (got 2 weeks of packs last...

    So happy

Wow fantastic! It's funny how our bodies lose weight in funny ways - mine's like that - and it's easy to get despondent when it happens! Can't wait to see photos :)

    Birmingham Meet April 24th & 25th

Lol, I'm not exzpecting disaster and I hope my roomie is up for it as much as me (I'm sharing with Nikki) so we should be good to go :D Either, both, no difference to me :D:D:D

    Birmingham Meet April 24th & 25th

    Lite After Foundation

I can't answer any better than Minerva has I'm afraid. I haven't actually moved to LLL yet. I finished foundation on Monday but my first LLL meeting isn't until 22nd so I'm still in full abstinence until then. I'll report back once I've started with an update and a report on the weight...

June/July book - Valley of the Dolls by Jacquiline Susann - Read by 31st July

I've had mine a bit now but I've been holding off, but I started it last night. I haven't got the next one yet. My Mum runs a book shop and I took her to the suppliers on Wednesday night and they had another Susan Lewis, but not the one for here. I did manage to "acquire" 3 James Patterson...

    Lite After Foundation

Minerva, I really thank you for your honesty, and believe me you can't scare me anymore than I already am  I know exactly why you're concerned, if you've been there yourself, it can be quite worrying to see people travel a path you've been on and know is hard yourself. Heck I've even...

    End of Foundation and Photos

Gee, thanks everyone :o Your wonderful comments mean a lot to me :) Yesterday when I took the photos to work my colleagues all said that they never saw me as big as I was in the first photos, they just saw me for me, which is quite nice to know. Although I guess we are much more harsh on...

    End of Foundation and Photos

Well last night was my last night of Foundation and it was sad for our group to be going out separate ways. I've lost 46lbs in Foundation and I'm really pleased :D I've decided to move to LL Lite, starting on the 22nd April, to lose my last bit of weight (another 23lbs). I'm scared about...

    Lite After Foundation

Just an update. I had my last Foundation meeting last night and I've definately decided to go onto LLL instead of Developers. I am a bit worried about introducing food but my LLC is so supportive (and has faith than I can do it, and if she has, then so do I ;)). She said not to consider the...

    What about an 'Easter Challenge'?

Another 2.5lbs for me. I've got 2lbs to go but don't get weighed for 2 weeks now so I'll have to do my own WI next Monday to see if I lose the final 2lbs :D Blonde Logic - 5lbs Brumchick-16lbs- 17.5loss- 0 to go Catgirl - 28lbs - 24lbs - 4 to go Daisydoll - 20lbs - 15 lbs loss - 5lbs to go...

June/July book - Valley of the Dolls by Jacquiline Susann - Read by 31st July

Just bought Fractured, but need to read Triptych first, which I started but found hard to get into, even though I've loved all her other books. I presume it's worth persevering then?

    Decision Made!

Well done Sean, sounds like it's all sorted in your head :D:D:D You've done really well! Just had a look at that link and it calulates my body fat is 32.35% whereas my scales this morning at home measure my body fat at 37.5% - 5% difference! I wonder if there is a fool proof way to properly...

    Lite After Foundation

Thanks for your input. I didn't realise that the portion sizes are quite so large. I'll give what you say about easing in consideration as I have the old still RTM book with details. It's my last foundation class tonight so I'm going to chat to my LLC and get her advice and raise all my...

    Lite After Foundation

Thanks for your reply :D I have been thinking of nothing but this for the last couple of weeks so it's not a rash decision to "jump" from abstinence into food. I reached goal on abstinence last time but I am not at goal this time yet. I'm not doing this as a way to say "yippee food" and then...

    Two more weeks or RTM?

Glad you're feeling better :D Hope you're going to wear your own clothes this week (and ones that fit lol) ;) Confidence? Lol, just over talking  Can't wait to see the photos too :D:D:D

    Lite After Foundation

I've been lurking around in this section for a few days now and I'm finally posting :D I've been on LL full abstinence since January and tomorrow night is my last meeting of Foundation. I still have 25lbs left to lose and I'm considering losing it by following the Lite programme rather than...

Man, I am REALLLY being tested these days....

Sorry things are pants for you at the moment. My boss is going through a tough time at the moment and said to us the other day "what have I done so wrong for all this to have happened". We replied nothing, sh!t happens and sometimes the sh!t happens to good people and sometimes just all comes...

OH MY LORD...Even I can't dispute this look different!! BEWARE..These are undie pics!

Can I just add my WOW to the rest! You look fantastic. I didn't take underwear pictures, at my age my skin looks pretty horrid and some things just shouldn't be seen in public ;) I was going to say about your avatar too - you just look so "elfin" - gorgeous :D

    ebay!

Thanks Daisy, my Bro warned me about fees and he always adds a bit on postage to cover this too. He's suggested I just watch a few items for a couple of days to get a feel for prices. But even if someone has got a bargain, I suppose it's better than them sitting in my house earning nothing :D...

Spooky but I've just come from the eBay and Blogging part of this forum and found more useful info in this thread than over there! I've got a load of bigger clothes now and could do with some spare cash to fund some unexpected bills that have come in :( I was going to do it next weekend but...
