    Snow binge!

    The snow is making me want to put aflame on, curl up and eat lots....I cleaned the house instead. I also have a week off work....hoping I can get some motivation to go a few gym classes or do josie gibbons excercise DVD!

    As of my WI today I'm a new member to the 15s :) I now weigh 15.8 instead of 16.1. looking forward to working my way through the stones

    Yes on WI day I eat a nice home cooked meal or I go out with my friends and don't count the points in the alcohol :)

    First weigh in!!!!!

    I lost 6.5 pounds! I am so happy. I've experienced a lot of constipation this week and felt really uncomfortable at times. I'm happy with the weight loss even though 90% of it was water! hoping to have some bowl movements this week and feel more comfortable! Any tips?
