    The “I Can’t” Conundrum

I love this post, thank you. It's true that the negativity is a mindset, as is telling yourself that you've had one naughty thing so the day is a write off. I'm great at bashing myself then having a bar of chocolate - this stops now!! I'll be re-reading regularly I think just to remind myself

    success with calorie counting

I can't wait to get back into my clothes! I'm heavier now than I've ever been and am determined to do something about it. How do you all manage when feeding your partner too? He's slim and doesn't need to lose anything so am wary of giving him my skinny food!

    Evening munchies

Popcorn is great. Kiplong's french fancies are only 106 cals each so feel a bit naughty with a cuppa! Or (bear with me, it sounds weird!) chop up some cauliflower and roast it with cumin seeds and chilli flakes - it's a low cal savoury hit

Under 100 calorie amazing, filling Breakfasts???

I like 2 poached eggs, 1 slice warbuton's seeded batch and 10 grilled cherry tomatoes all for 310 cals! :) Or 50g porrige oats cooked in 200ml water, 100ml milk with a pinch of salt then 2tsp sugar when it's in the bowl for 290 cals. I can't cope with it made just with water :p

    Crest White Strips

I have sensitive teeth and used them for the week without any real issues. Brushed with sensodyne when I took them off. They did hurt quite a bit on the last day. I found them excellent for whitening and the results lasted ages. Have more waiting for me to get round to using them. Got mine...
