    Well done - what a fantastic loss. I agree the exercise is great, especially as you're enjoying it. I also agree check with your CDC as you will probably have to think carefully about how to fit exercise into such a low calorie, low carb plan and staying really healthy.

    Original very very very slow weight loss

    I agree, hormonal fluctuations are a bind so it's better to look over a slightly longer time-span and if the trend is down then yay! I tend to lose quite a bit 1st week or 2 then slow down to about 1lb a week. It's fine, I'm happy if it's coming off. The best of luck :).

    Lots of people cope well with meal replacements, but I don't think I could do one again. I managed for a good few months, and lost loads, but by the end I was heartily sick of it all. I like SW as it is flexible and works. Good luck :)

    I'm not an expert but can't see how you could have blown it. Salmon has no carbs. It has oil but the good kind. In a vlcd diet you have to keep low carbs to stay in ketosis - I'm not sure if this is what you are trying to do in a Lipotrim refeed, but I'd guess it is. No carbs = still in ketosis...

    I bet if you go straight back on-plan most or all of that will be gone by Thursday(Maybe do a few success express days?). It will be water-weight. Not easy to gain 3 lb of fat in a weekend, and waterweight is easy to lose if you start right away.

    How hard have you been exercising in the gym? If you are doing a lot more than usual your body will probably be holding onto water to repair your muscles. It will even out in a couple of weeks.     Welcome - you find lots of advice on here. I think most people do lose on their first week, especially if they haven't dieted for a while. It may take a week or 2 for you to sort out portion sizes and syns etc, or you may start losing straight away. The best of luck.
