as long as your spud is one of your HEB's you should be ok, and avoid the sweetcorn etc in the salads! we ate there at the weekend, and i saved all my syns to split the mini donut sundae with the boyf! was worth missing out on the salad dressings and chips etc!

i usually save mine too, doesnt seem to have done me too much harm so far, i usually use up my excess in one go!
