I just fry garlic, chilli, courgette and spring onion in frylite and mix into cous cous with lots of salt and pepper, simple but delicious.

Just checked and its the 9g mini flakes that are 2.5, regular flakes are 8.5 and multipack 26g are 7. x

Ok, so last week my consultant told us that NONE of these pasta n sauces are free anymore. Gutted doesn't even come near to describing how I felt, can someone please clarify are they or aren't they free??? I know some of them are synned but I always thought chicken and mushroom was free???
