Does anyone know if a multi cooker is the same as a slow cooker? Me and my boyf moved in together recently, his nan gave me a multi cooker and I have no idea what to do with it or whether it's the same as a slow cooker! Thanks x
Thanks for the reply! I think I started the week quite well but as more alcohol was consumed the KFC become quite appealing so hopefully I haven't done too much damage. My scales at home said 4 lb on. I guess that's what holidays are for - to be enjoyed!

I done this a little while ago, cut them up the same way you would normal potatoes, spray baking tray with fry light and put the chips on and spray them too, cook on gas mark 9 for about 25/30 minutes. They're really yummy!

I use 90% of my syns on alcohol as I am only 21 and go out every weekend drinking! I am ok most of the time sticking to vodka/malibu with a diet mixer etc and will have the odd shot of Sourz (4 syns). I love a glass of rose though! x

I'm always at Wetherspoons for lunch, been having 5 bean chilli (4.5 syns) but so pleased it's free if you don't eat the tortillas! I'm going to have this over a jacket tomorrow with salad (no dressing). I also wondered the same about the spag bol and the chicken sweet chilli noodles... can't...
The first time I done SW, I used to do this all the time. Rush to the shop and get my favourite chocolate but I'm a month in at the moment and have resisted this old habit. The moment I start eating chocolate, that's when the trouble starts!

SW is a fab diet because there are lots of food you can eat and you're never hungry. You can also have the little treats that you enjoy which is a very important part of dieting and sticking to it as long as these are included in your syns.
