    Are you making sure you are getting your fluids, and still eating your healthy items too? Your body fluctuates in general between 2.2lbs =+/- per day in natural bodily fluctuations so I wouldnt stress too much - do you have a diary of what you have eaten since then?

    Chinese FOOD, can you help?

    A lot of the time I think it is also not only to do with the nutritional information but the "fillingness" if im lead to believe thats right. So therefore Chow Mein is higher in fillingness than the WW meal so whilst the WW meal is better for you it wont sustain you as long?

    Nope you cant - which I suppose is better in the long run. Just think of the sugar and calories anyway in any fruit! For Instance on calories alone a pear is 68 if you had two, thats 136 A bag of walkers cheese and onion is 133 ;)

    Hello Piggin! SW to WW convert here and joined last week! Fruit is free per portion, however a portion is the RDA portion size, ie a handful of grapes is 0pp but a punnet would have points in them. Frozen and tinned fruit are 0pp - you can have tinned as long as you drain the juice :) x

    Welcome! :) They normally suggest when following Red/Green to have two HEX and Its known that Calcium helps speed up weight loss and women need it, nad also your B choice is Fibre! So I would stick to them where possible! When doing EE (the plan im doing) it is only 1 of each! x

    Two New Sticky Awards! :o)

    Well today I had my WI and I lost 3lbs! That meant I got my 1.5 stone award! :o) And I also got slimmer of the week. I wanted 2lbs this week, and 2lbs next week, and now i only "need" to lose 1lb for next WI to get my 10%!!!! I'm a happy bunny!
