    I've only been buying cheaper makes or things in sales and just one or 2 better items. Bra's are a bit more important as you might find it best to be measured each time you drop a size, maybe just buy one or two bra's at the time. Its going to be fun look at all the new things you will have.

    Try doing it in a different way. Split your pack and make up 6 smaller shakes over the day. In between your water have some hot mint tea or any other leaf tea you may like. Keep yourself busy, don't think about it as a diet. Its the start of the new you. Stick with it and good luck.

    I sometimes get bad cramp in my legs when I start doing SS. Are you drinking enough water? If you are still worried see if you can book a Dr's appointment and get checked out. Hope all gets better soon.

    Bars and wind! Sorry if TMI LOL

    I find that the smooth bars cause less problem. The worst is the cranberry so I've stopped them. I have 1 orange bar each evening when I get home and I've recently enjoyed the chocolate bar as well.

    I have a spoon of Psyllium husks every day in a cup of coffee. You have to keep stirring as they tend to go a bit like wallpaper paste, but they are quite palitable in a hot coffee.

    Its probably best not to introduce cereal bars if you want to stay in ketosis, you should try to stick to the CD guidelines otherwise you could end up not losing as much as you would like to each week - I know, I've been there. Good luck

    You have done really well, 5lbs off is better than on. Have you checked your measurements too? You may have lost inches. Its worth keeping a record of your measurements. Stick with it - it does work.

    Hot chocolate

    I mainly have chocolate and chocolate mint but always hot. I stop the kettle before it gets to boil, pour the water in to the jug with the CD in it and mix up with a Splenda sweetner tab and drink. Lovely
