I'm starting slimming world again on my own at home and work out around 4-5 times a week. I'm just wondering how I would work out the extra syns you get for exercise? Any help would be really appreciated :)

I have an oat so simple sachet with skimmed milk then a large banana. I find banana's are the most filling fruit, but don't eat more than 2 a day because they are pretty calorific

Yeah, its a great feeling. I passed mine second time round. Can't live without my car now, although it is off the road at the mo, its killing me having to look at it every day and having to walk or go get the bus. But there again, its got me more active now x

i've been doing it for 3.5 weeks now and i'm still loving it. doesn't feel like i'm on a diet. Wish I could afford a trainer...might give me the kick up the backside I need to get active lol

I'm not really tall, only 5ft6, but got size 8 feet. I'm sure they only used to be a 7 though before I put weight on. Maybe they'll shrink

you're probably best off just buying the frylight. You don't want to be eating syns without knowing about it

Does anyone know the syn value, if any, in the sushi selections from Asda? I know that any with mayo will be sinned, but what about the rolls with just rice, seaweed and veg?

Are the snackpots definitely free? I'm doing Extra Easy and eat them all the time. Don't like peach, so don't eat those ones, but i eat every other.
