    Oh damn..my consultant never told us that! I used lean - thats all I ever see in the supermarkets but thanks for the tip. I dont use much mince tbh as I really bulk it with veg etc. x

    Hiya! I'm new - though it would be a good idea to write down what I eat each day as a way of staying on track as its only my second week and with TOTM looming i'm already struggeling, had a few bad days so need to try and be as good as possible now before weigh in on Wedneday! So here goes...
