    I think it is, but I know there are people who find it hard. The only bit you need to think about are healthy extras, weighing and measuring those, and keeping a close eye on syns. I really want to keep up the good losses now I'm exercising.

    Generally drink around 3L a day, maybe a bit more, but think I was a bit dehydrated today, can't seem to drink water quick enough. When I'm at work I'm constantly drinking and still doesn't feel like I'm hydrated. Getting my head in the game for weigh in tomorrow though, looking forward to it.
