    Work lunches without a microwave?

    What is a food flask? I have the same problem, I get bored of salad. My fave option is to make a bit extra dinner, and eat that cold the next day, or if you can prepare stuff to take in theres: cous cous. pasta with a tomato sauce (onion, garlic, chilli, chopped toms and whatever else)...

    messed it up over weekend :(

    Ive done exactly the same, from thursday night (ate lots of bad chocolatey stuff whilst preparing cakes for breast cancer awareness cake sale on the friday) ....then lots of cakes on the friday, followed by a party with lots of alcohol and pizza etc, and an indian take away on Sat night...

    Aspartame-free foods?

    Does anybody else try to avoid this? I am going to start! At the moment I eat tons of Mullerlights, I use sweetener, and drink a couple of cans of diet coke a day... all of which contain aspartame. Do you know of any alterntive free yoghurts/ drinks I could try as replacements?

    Im seriously starting to worry that consuming alot of this stuff has affected my eyesight. I was doing SW for about 6 months, and living on mullerlights and diet cokes, at least 2 of each per day, plus sweetener in my tea/coffee all day.... and I had to start wearing glasses.     I try to have a free brek to save my HEX's, and usually thats a mullerlight with a chopped banana & strawberries.... im going to be lost when strawberries go out of season!

    SW syn free Crisps

    One of my fave ways to use potatoes, is slice them (Not as thin as crisps, but fairly thin) spray them with frylight, and sometimes use some paprika... then cook them at a really high temp in the oven until they're cooked and nice and crispy around the edges. I would have these around a plate...

    Great... id have my alpen light bar at lunch time, then the choc weetabix as a snack when i get home from work.

    What do you think? You can have 2 Alpen light for a HEXB or 2 choc weetabix for a HEXB+2 syns.... but could we have one of each, to make 1 HEXB +1 syn? :cross: That would be awesome :D

    17:30 Cravings!

    Can you do that whilst doing EE? My consultant gave me the impression you need to have 3 full meals a day, 1/3 of them superfree.... Also I do have fairly big lunch, Im not sure id be able to avoid snacking afterwards if i didnt fill myself up :-S

    I usually have leftover dinner for lunch, takes the hassle out of that :) I know what you mean about snacking and snacking, I would pick at free stuff like ham and fruit, but that would lead to non-free stuff like raisins, and that would lead to a sweetie, then hell why not a biscuit too ...

    Ive realised that as im doing EE now, what i would normally count as HEXB became free food... which leaves me with my HEXB to use :) so my hometime snack today was 2 chocolate weetabix with a mullerlight YUMMY! HEXB + 2 syns.... well worth it!:D

    Metallic taste and nausea

    I have been getting that too, and think you might be right about the sweeteners? I eat alot of light yoghurts which contain sweetener, I have it in my hot drinks, Its in diet drinks.. and I only seem to get it when I've been consuming those things.

    Saving syns for alcohol at the weekend...

    Id be interested to hear responses to this too! Alcohol at the weekend is deffinately my syn-binge downfall, and although I try to stick to single vodka and diet coke, they soon add up :(
