    thankyou I got the book from Curves gym its a high protien diet but you are allowed some carbs phase one 1 week 1200 cals phase two 3 weeks 1500 then 30 days 2000/2500 cals but skipping to phase one if u gain 1kg plus So far its working for my but its very strick plus im going on hoilday soon so...
