    Hi Maggie I have some solo slim and I think they are horrible :( I will probably chuck them away. The only one I liked was pork meatballs and smokey beans:( I would say no they are not worth the money but that's just my tastes I suppose. Many people love them. Good luck with it all

    I do body pump a couple of times a week, yes it is weights but you start off low and build up to more as toy get stronger. It is a great class to do it works all of you muscles. It is hard and you will ache but if you can build more muscle then your body will burn more calories. Give it a go...

    Oh it's great when they sleep longer! It won't be long before u can put them to bed at 7 and that's it till the morning! It makes so much difference when you get sleep!! Mine go at 7 and sleep until 6-7am now it's amazing! We are so blessed having twins! They are hard work but worth it x

    Hiya, I use a polar FT4 and find it great for classes that I do such as combat etc. it was £55 from amazon and they do several colours. It is easy to set up and shows cals burned and heart rate etc. I do only really use mine to see how many calories I burn though!

    It's couch to 5k it's an app that helps you get started with running, NHS do a podcast too, it's 9 weeks and you run 3 times a week starting off at 1 min run then 1.5 min walk and it gets harder as the weeks go on, by the end of it you should be able to run 5k or 30 mins straight.

    Original Starting again!!

    Im starting again this morning on red days. Did them years ago and lost a stone in a month!! Have tried EE since and I just don't lose the same :( think I'm better when I don't have many carbs. I keep saying I will start the C25K as well! I have the app and everything I just gotta get my big bum...
