    Hi everyone, I weighed in on Wednesday and has a further 2lbs off, that's 16lbs in four weeks whoop!.....but I have decided to go onto the maintenance plan and still lose, but more slowly, as I am starting to cheat on 100% tfr.....may have another go in the new year, to jump start weightloss...

    Week three success

    Hi everyone, had to way in today instead of yesterday because of work committments, but in three weeks I have my first stone gone! So please, and it's going to motivate me to continue for another week, hope to get into the 13's next week. Yippee!

    Week 2

    I have only lost .4 of a lbs, in truth I knew it was going to be bad, as I have had a nightmare week. I though I was going to put 3 or 4lbs on. I have to put last week in the past and start afresh today. I actually feel better when I am on Lipotrim so have to put mind over matter and get on...

    Hi everyone, I haven't been on for a couple of days, because my five year old daughter got her first pony and things have been a bit made around the house, but I went on Tuesday for my first weigh-in and bingo! 9.5lbs:D Struggling this week, with everything going on, but determined to keep it up.
