I find it difficult to update this thread frequently.
My current weight is around 94kg. I've lost around 2kg. Dh keeps complimenting me and a few other family members have noticed ;) woohoo.
Yesterday was a good day I consumed 1183cals so slightly under 1200cals. I felt really tired all day yesterday, I'm not sure whether it's because of the reduced cals or the medication I am currently taking. I'm feeling a bit perkier today and not so tired so I'm thankful.

This is my CC diary. I've started CC as of 14th July 2011. I'm hoping to get down 60kg, I have around 40kg to lose. There's no set time when I want to achieve this by just as long as I get there I'm happy.

Hub and I live in London and are going to the Isle of Wight at the end of April for a few days.
Other places that I suggest are Wales (north, mid and west), mid of England such as Peak District or Lake District.
Flights are pretty cheap so I'd recommend Ireland as well :)
In regards to the tax credits are you sure they have the right income down for you & your partner? It works on either last years income figures or this years income estimates you give them.

I've been up since 6am as dh had to leave early to go to Brentwood this morning. Only just had my breakfast (at 10am) as I found when I had it earlier yesterday (8 am) it felt like a really long time between breakfast and lunch.

I don't seem to find that curry powder makes much difference in SW dishes. I made aloo gobi SW style and put over half a packet of curry powdet there and it still wasn't spicy enough. I haven't tried it with a chicken dish though. Lol. Maybe it's just me?
Lol this made me chuckle. I'm trying to drag hubby to go and see it with me when West is West comes out. He's a bit hesitant though because he's thinks he'll be the only Asian there haha.
