Last day of week 7 and I did it...finally ran 5k in a time of 35mins...even when I was at my lightest I could never have ran that far.. Now im gonna try and get in under 3o mins, onwards and upwards :) x

I decided to spice it up since I wasnt working work this weekend and have time to actually have a proper lunch. So went for shake for breakfast, 600 cal lunch, and having a shake later on today..i treated myself to sf heavenly choc delight snack bar, and if you love oreos you will love...
It really is such an achievement...i think everyone should be proud regardless of what week their on or how long they run, were all making steps no matter how small to be a healthier and fitter person :) x
Just completed week 6 run 3..i ran for 25mins such progress since week 1...the first 15mins were pure mental hell but once I got over the runners block I was grand :)
Haha I know my pppoints got reduced to 26 and the extra one really does make a difference. oh well you might suprise yourself...i had a weekend of pure cocktails once and still managed to lose 2lbs...tomorrows a new day so just start a fresh :) xx
My routine is similar to yours and I suppose yous are right having dinner instead of shakes gives yous something to look forward to. Im in my first week so still new to me all. Did yous have a good result in your very first week???
Im just wanting to get a general feel as to when yous have your shakes.. I.e. for breakfast or lunch etc. I generally have mine in the morn and at lunch. But was wondering if I switched them about would it increase weightloss I.e. maybe one for breakfast and one for.dinner instead.???
I had a ww baguette filled with veggies, quorn fillet and cheese then.bunged it in the oven delicious.. Had two ginger nuts after, but a wee treat since I havent snacked.all day :)
Well weigh ins tomorrow and my day is so busy I dont think I can make it.. I worried though that missing it will effect my progress. I know this us quite a silly thought. So what do you guys do to keep you on track if you miss group???
Your weight loss will not be as great if you just eat snacks /unhealthy foods (which we all love) because they fall under points. Try to get as much veg etc in your meals as possible, and do have wee treats but all in moderation. Your points are there to be used, so just be sensible..my first...

Just push on through my muscles were so sore in first few weeks, its completely normal. but its worth it when you can run for 2omins with no break. even the simple things liking running for shelter when the rain starts im able to do. Keep at it x
Definately music keeps me motivated, also the healthy competitiveness of others beside me on the treadmill keeps me going...and lastly my running shoes play a big part, cant run without them ...literally. Had just standard trainers and you could really tell the diff it had on my running
I go everyday on the way home from work, as going before work early in the morning just doesnt appeal to me. On weekends however it tends to be midmorning, and how hungover I am :p
Rowing machine is good for the arms, weights targeting the bingo areas to...i do 4x 15 sets. Its good for toning and not enough repitition to cause.muscle gain, unless your lifting real heavy ones.
I do mine after work at about 3.30pm, and have a peice of fruit before to give me energy. Get it out.of the way then. Tried a few times during the morning, but im not as motivated

Found out the calorie content of their cinnamon pretzel.a.whopping 47o calories is near 24 syns. Think will just look at the pretzels instead if eating them
