    I'm really sorry, but I don't really believe in the BMI and BMR calcs. A very muscular person could be considered as obese on the BMI calcs because it goes by weight. But also when I do my BMR, I get a different result from every calc! And I would find it difficult to stick to a 1000 cal deficit...

    I try to keep track of everything I am eating daily to write it down in my diary on here, but I obsess over numbers being right anyway so I think thats why I do it.. I think its a great idea just to stick to the healthy eating and excerise as a base and maybe have a treat day of a weekend...
