As long as they are fresh cuts. Ie ham off the bone or chicken breast slice, Then yes they are free/ Things like Turkey ham and processed meats are usually synned!

Just been to see Paranormal Activity @ the cinema and made some of these. Made lemon and lime ones and strawberry ones. They work well to pop in your mouth insted of high syn sweets / popcorn / choccie etc

I get the frozen berry mix. Let it defrost and add some sweetner(usuallt very bitter without it) and eat it mixed into some 0% total or VLF fromage frais. delish!!!!

I now buy the packs from Home and Bargain (they have 5 lots of noodle in them for 59p) and I put them in a pan with chicken oxo and then sometimes in extras like onions, carrots or fresh chicken!

Have you tried the Asda Leek and Potato soup fresh mix?? I love it. Its basically chops leeks and potato and parsley, comes al ready for you to pop in a pan. You add 2 stock cubes and 1 litre of water, boil for 20-25 mins and blend away!!! Its only £1 You could of course just buy the leeks...
