    hi ouch .. this is hard, oh well here goes: 15st7lbs 41 yrs young 5ft 4 sedentary lifestyle at the moment cant believe i have come out the other side of pregnancy almost 5 st heavier .. totally gutted and need to sort myself out pronto!

    how many pro points am i allowed & is there a calculator to work points out gutted, was counting the day to join ww on weds and start the new pro points plan - but it was raining so heavily and so windy didnt want to drag baby out in it so have to wait until next weds :-( is there a link...

    thanks thanks nicola wouldnt mind a hand, can work out foods with fat/calorie content via calculator but perhaps if you could fill in the basics for me ie. fruit, veg, bread etc so should i be having about 25 points do you think with being 15st7 .. god cant get my head around that figure :-(
