    I don't think that I am eating enough. I joined last Monday and the woman asked me to keep a food diary. I am looking at it and thinking I don't have set meals, I snack more and have a main meal around midday. I don't ever feel hungry, So fingers crossed that I do ok x

    I joined a group today, weigh in was from 9:30 and the meeting finished at 11 although she spent time afterwards going through the plan. I didn't mind the time length, it was so cold in that church hall everyone was shivering :-( maybe next week I will take a blanket lol x

    We have a big store like that think it's called 'Medina' might have a nosey this weekend as it's always busy. Also, I felt cheeky asking but work my biceps on the way to the car with the fruit. I will give it 6 months and move onto veg ;-) x

    Cheering yourself up

    I paint my nails or look online at clothes that I'll buy myself when I hit my next target. Little things like that keep me going. Call a friend or go and visit family helps cheer me up also x

    I weigh 17st 5.5lb, am 5ft 4in and am a size 20/22. When i went down to 12st i was a 12/14. I am a pear shape, so I'll always be smaller on top. Hope that helps x
