    Since I woke up, my headache is gone, so that's a plus....The simmered beef is really good.....don't even miss the potatoes and carrots I would normally add to it....tomorrow I will start doing the 20 mins of walking now that I feel better

    Well I slept through breakfast Hubby got up with the kids this morning....I have been semi nauseous since I awoke... not able to eat, but have drank plenty of water....I simmered down some beef today and am finally able to eat it, so I will have to somehow fit in at least 2 meals b4 bed....think...

    Maintainer...the Meatloaf is just 5% ground beef with boiled egg whites and spices, and the Turkey sausage is just 3% ground turkey and spices.....My book is ordered but it said it will be like 2 weeks before I get it. So I am making the best of it till then.

    :sign0144: Just wanted to say hello to all, and I will be starting Attack tomorrow...I have about 100 lbs to lose, but I am breaking it up in to goals. My first goal is to lose 30 lbs. Then go from there....I tried to start this last week but TOM had other ideas for me. So here I go..... Kelly
