    sw without sweetener/frylight

A new discovery for anyone going sweetener free - Liberte strained Greek 0% fat yoghurts, bought mine in asda. Natural is free, the strawberry or blueberry fruit layers are just 1 syn a pot, and they're really lovely! No sweeteners and not masses of sugar either.

    sw without sweetener/frylight

I've just restarted SW - I don't use artificial sweeteners, I'm giving the old fry light a try. I just eat a lot of plain fat free Greek yoghurt with fruit, far nicer and more filling than mullerlights!

    help with constipation!!

    Demoralised and need a kick!

Thanks hannata-I'll give it a go! I've always been dubious, it seems too much to enable weight loss, you know?

    Fruit

I checked this with my leader and yes, on propoints fruit is still free if blended or cooked. However, if it's tinned it has to be drained of the juice to be zero points, and dried fruit and fruit juice must still be pointed.

Do you think propoints are set too high?

Between November and January I lost a stone on pro points. I have a lot to lose and at the time I was also breastfeeding, and was eating 53 points a day. I still lost the weight. Hormonal fluctuations, your body hanging on to fluid, starting exercise, all those can temporarily make it seem like...

Hi camavamax! I'm an ex-slimming world user, as are my mum and sis and we all prefer WW. You can join a class once your baby is 6 weeks old. You can follow the plan whilst breastfeeding - I am still feeding my son who is 7 months. Talk to your leader about your additional point allowance, on...

    Gutted!

Thanks girls, I know you're right - I've fitted into 2 pairs of trousers that were way too small a few weeks ago and a lot of people have said that the weightloss is noticeable and looks like more than 6lb! SO I shouldn't lose heart but it would have been nice to see a shift on the scales...

    HELP! I've lost the plot....

I buy the packs of Ritter Sport chocolates from Aldi. They do some really nice varieties and are 2PP each. Because they are individually wrapped it's easier to leave some unwrapped in the pack for another day! Also those Cadbury Magic Elves with the popping candy are 2PP and a nice little treat.

    HELP! I've lost the plot....

Put the food down. Get online and find yourself the outfit you woudl love to wear in the size you'd like to be. Underwear and all, I recommend something really foxy and borderline-sluttish. Then go and have a nice steamy bath with some yummy smelling unguents in, take a cup of tea or coffee...

    dreading weigh in

    Weekly Allowance - PREPOINTS.

WW have tested the plan so that if you eat all your daily points plus all your weekly ones you should still lose weight. They are there to use to help you feel like you aren't being deprived of treats! SO go ahead and use them however you want.
  54. D

What can I expect at my first WW meeting?

You'll go in and probably do all your paperwork with a 'helper' as the leader will be weighing. Then you'll weigh privately with the leader to get your starting weight. Most leaders then run class as normal then do a 'new members talk' after class, so you will be there a little longer the...

    Skin - argh!!

He doesn't, really! Well, except in the car. Which is not a great time for me to nap! DH has a day off on Tuesday, might get him to take the kids out for an hour. That'll be something to look forward to.
  56. D

    Skin - argh!!

I have a seven month old that abhors sleeping. I'll be getting some sleep in about 2015, I think! He's usually not as bad as he was last night, I run on about 5hrs a night and that's fine, but he's teething!!

    Bless my mum!

I am rubbish at saving money, so I have asked my mum to save some for me - I am giving her £2 for every lb I lose, to give myself a little clothing slush fund when I finally reach my goal weight. It's my birthday in a few weeks and there's nothing much I want, I don't want clothes as I'm hoping...

Propoints - What are you eating for tea?

I made a quorn based italian layer bake which is my own invention, sort of the mutant lovechild of a lasagne and a moussaka. Diced onions, peppers and courgettes dry-sauteed with quorn mince then garlic, tin of toms, jar of passata, splash of worcestershire sauce and italian seasoning, simmered...

    Skin - argh!!

Glad it isn't just me! Pistachio, I'm pretty sure that the amount of choc I was eating before I started WW would have triggered a spotfest if it was sugar - I'm just trying to convince myself that it's a sign of inner cleansing....

    oooh smoothie for breakfast!

    Doing Propoints as a veggie.

I'm a meat eater, though I was veggie for ten years - but I actually find myself opting for veggie alternatives more and more because Quorn gets you more bang for your buck! Propoints - What are you eating for tea?

I had a bit of a 'treat' lunch of piles of bacon and poached eggs on a toasted muffin so dinner is a trim 7-pointer of 1/2 pack quorn pieces, loads of 0 point stir fry veggies and my own satay sauce (heaped tbsp of peanut butter, 2 tbsp soy sauce and pinch of chili flakes).
  70. D

    innocent smoothies

They contain juice, which is still pointed. If you make your own smoothie you still have to add milk/juice/yoghurt so it would still be points.

    Eating all your points?

Do you have to eat all the points in your daily allowance... or is it ok not to as long as you eat at least 29?
