    Ryvita crisp bread 1pp each Ryvita cracker bread 2 for 1pp Can't find that particular cottage cheese but most low fat are 1pp for 60g Fruit and fibre 3pp for 30g. I would recommend getting a calculator or if u have a iPhone download a app.

    I find home made ones best. Cut your potatoes into chips, par boil for about 5 mins, then put on baking tray and spray with fry light. They take about 30 minutes in the oven. For the dressing I have just looked on my Ww app. There are some low fat Kraft, or morissons /asda thousand island...

    I know it's not the same but maybe try making a home made version. Chips cooked with fry light in oven, Ww wrap, have fat cheese and reduced calorie sauce. It prob won't tast as good but might just beat them cravings

    As far as I am aware the recommend you point anything over 5 palm size portions a day. So providing your not eating a massive bowl of strawberries you should be ok
